• September 2010 - New Courses across Limerick

The Irish Red Cross in Limerick have launched a number of courses over the coming months:

• Practical First Aid in Limerick City
  • registration Thursday 16th September at 7.00pm
  • registration Tuesday 12th October at 7.30pm
    
• Practical First Aid in East Limerick
  • Pallasgreen: registration Tuesday 7th September at 8:00 to 8:30 @ Community Centre
  • Murroe: registration Wednesday 8th September at 8:00 to 8:30 @ Community centre
  • Oola: registration Thursday 9th September at 8:00 to 8:30 @ Community centre
• Practical First Aid for 14-16 year olds
  • Classes running at below times and locations starting on the 18th September, with registration on the first day (18th) 20 minutes before normal class time:
  • St. Paul's Community Centre (Dooradoyle) 11-12noon
  • Scoil Ide (Corbally) 11-12noon
  • Milford National School 10-11am
  • Caherdavin Girls School 11-12noon
  • 58 Henry St Limerick 4.30-5.30pm
• Occupational First Aid
  • We continue to run two public courses per month in Henry St. Please see calendar for details.
• Intermediate First Aid
  • for those who have completed the Practical or Occupational First Aid, registration is Tuesday 14th September at 7.30pm

• September 2010 - Limerick Members on Irish Red Cross EMT Course

Congratulations to more Irish Red Cross members from Limerick who are partaking in the Irish Red Cross Emergency Medical Technician course starting during September. This course, which is upskilling our experienced volunteers who already hold the Emergency Medical First Responder qualification, is recognised by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC).
